What are the Dates for the 2026 Season?

Elijah’s Retreat 2026 Season opens on March 6th, 2026 and Closes on November 8th, 2026.

Are you open 7 days a Week?

Elijah’s Retreat is open seven days a week; however, the Ranch Hand Experience and Horseback Riding are not available on Sundays. Please note that there is also no check-in on Sundays.

May I Check-In on Sunday?

Elijah’s Retreat is not available for check-in on Sunday; however, you are encouraged to include Sunday in your reservation. For example, you may check-in on Friday and check-out on Sunday, or you may check-in on Friday and check-out on Tuesday.

When does the Calendar open for Reservations?

Elijah’s Retreat opens reservations for each upcoming season in early to mid-January.


The 2026 season opens at 8:00 AM on Sunday, January 11, 2026. You may explore the new website and walk through the reservation process in advance, but any requested dates will not be fulfilled. Official reservations go live on 1/11/26.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Elijah’s Retreat accepts credit/debit cards and Paypal for online payments for reservation and booking fees. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, credit/debit in person at Elijah’s Retreat!

How do I Cancel or Modify my Reservation?

To modify or cancel, contact Jessica Bolton at 903-630-8774 or jessica@elijahsretreat.com. Cancellations made at least two weeks prior may transfer the deposit to a 2026 stay only. Trip balances are refundable, excluding the $30 reservation fee.

Are all Linens Provided?

Elijah’s Retreat provides a fitted sheet, pillowcases and Towels for the bathroom and Kitchen. Please bring your own Blankets and comforters from home. If you forget we will have some available on the property.

Is the Kitchen fully Stocked?

Elijah’s Retreat provides a full fridge without an ice machine, stove, oven, microwave, basic coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic pots & pans, outdoor grill and basic dishes. There is not a dishwasher in the cabin so you may consider bringing disposable plates, silverware and cups.

The group is set up through the Remind App. By joining the group, you will simply be notified of Cancellations through the 2026 Season at Elijah’s Retreat. If you are interested in the cancelled reservation you can simply grab the available reservation here on our website! You may add and remove yourself from the group at any time! Are there Restaurants Nearby?

Yes!! The city of Jacksonville is only 10 minutes away. In Jacksonville there are many restaurants and a complete list is available in your cabin booklet. No restaurants will deliver to Elijah’s Retreat however you may call and order to go and easily pick up in Jacksonville. 

Are there cabin sponsors this year?

We are working diligently to have all six cabins sponsored through our Cabin of Hope program. These generous sponsors help reduce the cost for families facing autism to just $45 per night by covering half of the stay.
